Q: Check All Shipments Before You Sign For Them

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Check contents in the presence of the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged or with parts broken or missing, first contact the shipping company and then contact your salesperson so that we can help correct the problem.

Q: Claims

Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with carrier.

Q: Refused Orders

Freight charges, both ways plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged on any refused shipments for any unauthorized reason.

Q: Shortages

If items are missing from your order, please notify your salesperson within 10 days of receipt.

Q: Carriers

We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, Bax Global, DHL, Truck, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Orders are shipped via ground freight unless another method is specified at time of order.

Q: Domestic Orders (USA, Canada & Mexico)

Shipping costs will be added to every order when the order is processed. As a rule of thumb, shipping for 5-speed transmission orders costs $125 to US locations east of the Mississippi River, and $145 to US locations west of the Mississippi River. (Auto to Manual swaps will be higher)

Q: International Shipping

Overseas Orders: All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

  1. Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
  2. Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
  3. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
  4. Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

Notice to our customers: At this time, we view BongoUS as being advantageous to both our customers as well as our companies.

Due to Bongo's procedures in fraud detection, their services to us are advantageous. They will take additional steps with you such as depositing a small amount into your bank account or onto your credit card account and you'll confirm that amount with them before they will ship. They also help you with estimating your shipping costs, and of course, you can run your own calculations on, etc. Any extra steps taken with your checkout procedures lets BongoUS and us know that you do have access to your account and that your credit card is authentic.

We may implement BongoUS as our only International shipping service in the near future, but would like your feedback on whether this would prevent you from purchasing from us or if you view Bongo's combined shipping, and the lower Shipping Rates as being an asset to you as well.
