American Powertrain X-Factor Adjustable Crossmember 1978-88 GM G-body
This cross member bolts to the original holes in the sub-frame and provides a strong, lightweight support for a long list of transmissions with no drilling or fabrication and provides clearance for up to 3.5″ exhaust.
The X-Factor for G-bodies is adjustable to fit the TREMEC TKX, TKO, T56 and Magnum, LGT700, Muncie, T-10, Saginaw and Richmond manual transmissions along with automatics ranging from the Powerglide and Turbo350 to the Turbo400 and 700r4 It is compatible with common GM isolator mounts.
Each cross member comes with the modular center section, steel sub-frame mounting plates, adjustable height bridge plates and installation hardware. With black crinkle powder coat for durable life under the car.
