At its heart is BluePrint Engines’ high-strength cast iron LSX-style block, fortified with forged pistons and a forged crank for uncompromising durability and high-RPM stability. The LS3 aluminum heads and hydraulic roller cam work in harmony to maximize airflow and valve timing, delivering smooth, responsive power across the rev range. Fuel and air are fed through a sleek LS3 fabricated intake manifold and fuel rail system, with a drive-by-wire throttle body ensuring precise control. The Holley Terminator X Max system brings advanced engine management to the table, making tuning and diagnostics seamless. A black pulley kit adds both function and flair, featuring an LS2-style water pump, a high-output 140-amp alternator, a compact peanut-style A/C compressor, and a Type II power steering pump with remote reservoir.   • Retro fit oil pan will fit most 1955-1995 GM front engine, RWD, V8 cars.
  • Not for use in pollution-controlled vehicles or in dry sump applications.
  • The front accessory drive on this engine fits many vehicles, however it is the customer responsibility to accurately measure and confirm fitment.  Note this is a low-profile design, but things such as power steering hoses, alternator wiring, and additional fittings/fabrication may be required on some vehicles.
